Executive Director of the Minnesota Beef Council
Ron was invited by the United Nations International Atomic Energy Agency to speak at an International Food Safety conference hosted in Montevideo, the capital city of Uruguay. The mission of this conference was to inform and educate the Uruguayan food industry about the benefits of irradiation for medical products and food, which he has been spearheading in Minnesota for several years.
